This vanilla meringue cake is a Cipriani specialty, so while at Mr. C last night I had to order one. It's so light and fluffy, with the richest vanilla flavor. The four layers of cake are each smothered with a layer of fluffy vanilla cream. The whole thing is topped with a massive amount of meringue that is bruléed, which added the best little crunch. It was truly amazing!
