Lauren brought these back from Cake Bakeshop in Manhattan Beach last weekend: one vanilla with chocolate buttercream, one red velvet with cream cheese frosting. They were pretty good, the cake was average but the icing was great, super fluffy and flavorful. The chocolate buttercream almost had a mocha taste and the cream cheese had similar to the giant cupcake from La Provence.
